This pretty vintage piece is a brooch that comes apart and can be worn as dress clips.  The brooch has paste rhinestones and pearls and measures 2 inches long and 5/8 inches wide. We love it when brides use these as sash or hair pins!

The brooch is marked "Reg US Pat Off" "Pat Apl'd For" and with the patent number 1852188. When you look at the patent, you can see that the date is April 5, 1932 and it was applied for by E.A. Phinney for Geo. H. Fuller & Son, Pawtucket, RI.
